I did these for a friend just before Christmas. They turned out really cute.
The base is Daddy's Credit Card from Spoiled. I've painted on the holly leaves using a tiny brush and China Glaze Holly-Day with Savvy Ebony Black for the outlines. The "berries" are rhinestones I ordered in a giant pack from Amazon.
